  • 1. How can I pay for online purchases?

    You can purchase online via our site www.megateksa.com by choosing one of these payment methods: using a debit or credit card (Visa Card/Mastercard), through Paypal using your account, Bank deposit and Payment on delivery.

  • 2. How much does transportation of orders cost?

    >

    The cost of transport is calculated automatically when you go to Checkout.

    Product prices do not include the cost of transport, it is the Client's responsability to choose a mode of tranport for each online order. The cost of transport is calculated at the end depending on the weight and volume of your order and the selected mode of transportation. For more information please click here

  • 3. Where do you deliver? Can I order outside of Albania?

    MEGATEK delivers in majority of cities in Albania. You can order outside Albania and we will deliver it in every city in Albania.

  • 4. How long does an order need to be delivered?

    >

    When your order is sent we notify with an email. Depending on the type of transport you have chosen it can take 1-2 days for express deliveries and 7 days for standard deliveries.

  • 5. How can you make sure that my personal information will not be misused? (name, address, email address, password)

    MEGATEK is fully compliant with all requirements of the Law on Protection of Personal Data and has filed with the Commissioner on the Protection of Personal Data as required. The only way we use your personal data is to make certain that we deliver orders to the right address, improve our services to clients and to notify you know on MEGATEK offers and news.   • 6. If I wish to return a product, what should I do?

    Megatek accepts returned products within a period of 14 days from the date of purchase only if it has the original intact packaging, the product should not be damadged and must have all its components, instruction of use, and the receipt to prove the purchase or online confirmation. 

    You will be reimbursed only for the price of the product and not for the transportation cost. If you wish to ship the product to us then you are responsible for paying the cost of transportation to our location. 

    If the products returned are damadged, used or missing parts then MEGATEK can not accepts them and in these cases the customer will not be reimbursed for their cost.

  • 7. Can i buy online using Bank deposit as a payment method?

    Yes, MEGATEK does have the option to purchase online via bank deposits through BKT bank, in Euro and ALL accounts. You will get the information on account numbers on the email of your online order confirmation.

  • 8. How can you make sure that my bank card information is safe on your website and it will not be misused?

    >

    MEGATEK uses a payment gateway that is certified by Visa International and MasterCard Worldwide and latest security standards (128-bit SSL Secure Socket Layer) impelemted by BKT. During the purchasing process, the Client is directly connected to the payment gateway enabled by the Bank. The Client's card information are encypted and are not stored or saved through any of the MEGATEK's systems.

  • 9. Do you offer product repair services?

    Yes, but only for those products that have it included in thier warranty conditions. 

  • 10. Can I use my MEGACARD for online purchases?

    MEGACARD is valid only for purchases directly on Hypermarket. For more information please click here
  • 11. What do I benefit from using the MEGACARD for purchases?

    Our discount system contains 8 levels. The first level starts when 30.000 ALL of spending are previously registered on your card. The discount level rises following the addition of your purchase up to 8% of discount.

    You must show your MEGACARD for each purchase in order to register the purchased value to your card. 

     

  • 12. How can I get a MEGACARD?

    All clients can apply for our MEGACARD in person in our hypermarket at the "Customer Care" service desk.

  • 13. Does the product I am buying have warranty?

    You can find the information about the warranty in each product page in the website.

  • 14. Which products can I return?

    >

    You can return all products, except these categories:

    • Products on ocasion, special offers or discount;
    • Products that are sold with Linear Meter unit.
  • 15. Can I buy with installments?

    >

    Yes, you can buy at MEGATEK hypermarket or online shop with an installment plan only if you have the BKT Prima card.

  • 16. Do you offer installation services for items bought at MEGATEK? How much do they cost?

    >

    Yes, we recommend a number of professionals that offer instalation services at competitive prices. But you must contact them directly and negotiate the service and price with them.

    Yes, MEGATEK can assisst you in designing any project by contacting with our team of architect for free.
