The pan with a non-stick layer which is quite practical, the food gets a good taste during cooking and is very practical. Is recommended that before using for the first time, wash it well and leave to drain. Cover, put a littlebit cooking oil on non-stick surface. Use only plastic,wood or rubber tools, to avoid cutting the non-stick surface. Always cook on a medium temperature and do not ever leave the casserole empty on the stove. Avoid to let pots and pans empty. Note: Over-heating the pan usually can damage non-stick surface and blasting bottom of the casserole. Important: If you cook with gas adjust its level that the flame not to have direct contact with the sides of the pan or the pan handle.
