A wine that enhances the aromas of plum and cherry especially complementing with subtle notes of spices such as pepper and cocoa . On the palate it tastes rather mineral soft and elegant. The grapes were harvested at the right degree of ripeness and fermented separately in stainless steel tanks. The maceration, conducted at temperatures not exceeding 26 ° C was continued for 8-10 days. The malolactic fermentation was completed by the beginning of winter.
