Thistle seed (Silibium Marianum), with high silymarin content, with choleretic, cholagogue and sedative effect, used in jaundice, gallstones and in the treatment of liver cirrhosis. How to use: A teaspoon of crushed herbs is poured into a container and a glass of water is added. Boil for 3-4 minutes, then cover the pot with a lid and leave for 15 minutes. The resulting tea is drained and drunk 30 minutes before meals. It is advisable to take 3 such doses a day.
