Among its peculiar characteristics we indicate the fineness of the foliage, the speed and ease of planting which allow to obtain in just a few days a more than acceptable cover of the ground. In shaded soils, the presence of moss can sometimes occur which, by carrying out an asphyxiating action against the lawn, can cause it to thin out.
