Shipping terms and conditions for Albania

All confirmed orders before 18.00 during official business days will be processed and delivered within 1 hour and 30 minutes to Tirana, Durrës, Krujë, Fushë-Krujë and Kavajë. Orders to other areas will be delivered the next official business day.

Orders made to: Tropojë, Has, Pukë, Gramsh, Ersekë/Kolonjë will be contacted by phone for further delivery information. The delivery will be made through the carrier within 3 days depending on your location. You will be contacted by e-mail when the order will be shipped.

Orders made during Sunday or during official holidays will be delivered the next working day.

*Orders containing products with measures over: 4.1m, 9m3 or 2 tons, will be transported by a delivery truck and the time of delivery will be set by you during the purchase phase. You can also get professional help to shift or assemble the products, by an extra fee.

Shipping fees

All shipping fees are calculated taking into account the destination, weight and volume of the order. You may find the total cost of shipping displayed during the purchase phase, before the order confirmation.

For orders valued over 100 000 ALL, to Tirana, Durrës, Krujë, Fushë-Krujë and Kavajë, the shipping is free (except cases where a delivery truck is needed).

For orders valued over 600 000 ALL, there will not be any shipping costs regardless of the destination or means of transport.

If the order exceeds 2.5 tons or 28 m3, you will be notified about the shipping cost. For B2B clients shipping will be free, depending of the bill value and business location.

Shipping terms and conditions for the region

The maximum period of order delivery to Kosovo, Macedonia and Montenegro is three official business days. To Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina the delivery will be done within 5 official business days. Starting from March 15th 2019 the shipping deadlines will be: within the next business day to Kosovo, Montenegro and Macedonia and within 72 hours to Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Immediately after order confirmation, you will be contacted by our staff, in order to inform you about shipping costs and delivery timeline.

Receiving Your Order

Megatek, through its carrier, shall deliver the ordered goods at the address specified by the client in the nearest point accessible to the address from the vehicle. It is not the carrier’s responsibility to shift or assemble the products.
