Herbal tea with lemon, ginger and hibiscus, BIO, 40 g

Herbal tea, with a blend containing lemon, hibiscus and ginger root, rich in vitamin C, antioxidants, iron and citric acid. Lemon stimulates blood circulation and prevents blood clots and blockage of arteries and veins. Ginger root helps blood circulation, regenerates joints, aids digestion and removes excess water from the body through sweating. This tea has anti-inflammatory properties, reduces stress, prevents cardiovascular diseases, detoxifies the skin and stimulates hair growth. Method of preparation: A filter bag is recommended to be used for a tea cup. Add in the cup boiled water (100ºC) being careful not to tie above the filter in order to avoid his inflammation. For the perfect cup ad water at the boiling point and infuse for 5-6 min. Enjoyed sweetened with honey or sugar. It could be accompanied with a slice of lemon or orange.
