Developing speed and agility is critical for all athletes. The training requires the creation of tracks, from various trades where the athlete will have to pass and several times it becomes more complicated than it really is, their construction.
With the slalom poles you can make a set of obstacles so that the athletes can do triples with the ball in between. Nail them into the ground where possible, and the pole will sit upright. The tube is plastic while the nail is metal, while the length without the nail is 1.6 meters.
